Description

A Roman Catholic presbytery, originally a farmhouse, was built around 1800. The building is constructed from sandstone rubble with a slate roof, following a double-depth plan. It has two storeys and three bays, featuring a cyma-moulded stone cornice. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within stone surrounds that are double-chamfered with slightly pointed arched heads and hoods. A single-storey gabled porch is situated in the middle bay, with an outer doorway matching the window surrounds. Above the coped gable, at the apex, is a worn blank plaque. The interior features a studded plank door. The roof has coped gables and chimneys.
