Description

14 and 15 Church Lane are a mirrored pair of houses, likely altered in the early to mid-19th century from an earlier structure. They are built of sandstone rubble, with No. 15 on the left featuring a slate roof, while No. 14 has a stone slate roof. Each house consists of one bay. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds with hoods. There is some evidence of earlier horizontal openings. The paired doorways also have plain stone surrounds with hoods, and both houses feature end chimneys.
