Description

The Swan Hotel is a late 18th-century hotel located on King Street in Whalley. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and features a slate roof. The building has a symmetrical design with three storeys and seven bays, where the three central bays project and are topped with a pediment. The windows are sash style, without glazing bars, and are set within stone surrounds. An oculus is located within the pediment. The central bay contains the entrance door, which has a stone surround and is adorned with a pediment supported by brackets.
