58A Dalziel Drive, 58, Glasgow

58A Dalziel Drive is a two-storey, three-bay villa built in 1907 by John Bennie Wilson. The villa is constructed of red ashlar and features terra-cotta detailing around the openings and at the eaves. It has a Renaissance-style doorcase with a roundel set into an open-topped pediment. To the right, there is a projecting window, while to the left, a canted bay rises up to an attic window in the gable head. The windows are fitted with plate glass sashes, and the eaves are blocked. The villa has tall chimney stacks and a green slate roof adorned with red ridging tiles.

In addition to the villa, there are Renaissance gatepiers, which are painted and feature Ionic volutes, along with a stepped boundary wall that leads to the street.
