Description
70 Busby Road and 68, Glasgow, are mid-18th century cottages that have undergone some alterations. These are a pair of crow-stepped, north-facing, single-storey and attic cottages that share a common gable. Each cottage has three bays, featuring an inner doorway with modern doors and a small window in the right bay. The exterior is white-harled and partly built on a boulder base, with exposed ashlar margins and reveals that are also painted. The cottages have rooflights, end and axial stacks, and a continuous slate roof. The rear elevation, which faces the road, has four windows, three of which have splayed reveals.
