Description

145 Waterside Road is a modern bungalow built in the 1930s that remains unaltered. It features painted render with contrasting panels and is a single storey with an attic. The building has three bays and a shallow canted entrance bay that extends upwards, containing an attic window and topped with a parapet. The ground floor windows are also shallow canted and retain their original horizontal glazing. The roof is broad-eaved and covered with slate.
