2-4 Duchess Anne Cottages, Kinneil House, Bo'Ness

2-4 Duchess Anne Cottages are an earlier to mid 18th century pair of terraced cottages, each two stories high and featuring three bays. There is a single-storey wing set at a right angle to the southeast, along with a 20th century extension at the rear. The cottages are constructed from sandstone rubble and have chamfered openings and crowstepped gables.

The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case with horns. The roof is covered with grey slate, while the single-storey wing has a pantiled roof. The south elevation features two-leaf timber doors.

Inside No. 2, the space has been modernised but retains a simple roll-moulded stone chimneypiece on the first floor.

The boundary walls consist of a rubble wall to the west, topped with steeply pitched coping.
