Description
Devonshire Cottages are two cottages built in the mid-18th century. They are constructed from coursed, squared ashlar stone and topped with a graduated stone slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high and consist of four bays. The corners of the building feature quoins. On the right side of the left-hand bay and in the third bay, there are board doors set in plain stone surrounds. The first and third bays each have two-light flat-faced mullion windows, with one sash in each window that includes glazing bars. The second and fourth bays have three-light flat-faced mullion windows, each with a central sash and glazing bars. There is an end stack on the right side and two stacks along the ridge.
