Description
Carradale is a two-storey villa designed in the style of H E Clifford, featuring deep eaves and mullioned and transomed windows. The villa has a two-bay front facing Newlands Road, with the right bay being deep and canted. The entrance is located on the eastern flank, facing Lubnaig Road. The building is constructed of snecked ashlar with polished dressings, and it has sash windows with small paned upper panels. It includes end stacks and a large piended roof covered with red ridging tiles and topped with finials.
There is a low boundary wall with domed circular piers at the street corner.
