Description

Millbrae Bridge, located over the White Cart Water on Langside Avenue in Glasgow, is a road bridge possibly designed by James Gibson in the early 20th century, similar to the nearby MacQuisten Bridge from 1907. The bridge features a single segmental span and is constructed of red ashlar stone with contrasting grey granite. Notable architectural elements include rusticated voussoirs, panelled spandrels, outer pilaster strips, and balustraded parapets, along with a wide roadway.
