Description

Early 20th century villa. 2-storeys, 3-bays, full-height outer canted windows, centre tripartite doorway with Art Nouveau flourish to cornice. Small window over; snecked ashlar, polished dressings, multi-paned upper sashes; broad eaved piended slate roof, finials over bays; end stacks. Low range recessed on either flank. On corner site, low boundary wall with decorative cast-iron railings all retained (gate has gone), gatepiers also have Art Nouveau ornament.
