Description

The Walled Garden at Balgonie Castle dates from the late 18th to early 19th century. It has a rectangular plan measuring 170 meters by 280 meters, with a dividing wall running east to west, which is in a state of disrepair in some areas. The garden features high random rubble walls with gablet coping. There is an opening to the east that includes quoins and the remains of moulded piers.
