Description
The Walled Garden at Tealing House dates back to the early 18th century. It is a rectangular structure measuring approximately 100 metres by 60 metres, built from rubble with a harled exterior. The south wall has been lowered, while the sides and rear remain high. There are doorways in the centre of each wall that lead to parterres and pathways that once divided the garden into quarters. The northwest corner of the garden is curved. Lean-to conservatories were previously located on the south face of the north wall, with a modern one still in existence today.
