Description

Circa 1780. 2-storey, irregular-plan, water mill on falling ground adjoining Tealing Burn. Rubble masonry, corrugated metal roof.

W RANGE: derelict; external wheel rempved, E gable removed, N and S walls only partially extant, S projection partially demolished and subsumed under debris.

S RANGE: rectangular-plan, now disjointed from W range. Large modern door opening at N gable; 2 windows blocked from doors at E elevation; steps and blocked door at S gable basement, windows at main floor and attic; 2 windows at W elevation.
