Description
The Ice House at Tealing House, built by mason James Scott in 1823, is a semi-sunken structure made of turfed rubble masonry with ashlar margins. It features a north-facing doorway that leads to a lobby and an inner doorway, although the doors are missing. Inside, there is a barrel-vaulted chamber that has a blocked roof opening.
