Description
21 Tolbooth Street in Kirkcaldy is a mid 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that has been converted into a shop. The exterior is harled with stone margins.
On the west elevation, there is a part-glazed timber door located to the left of the centre at ground level, a window that was formerly a door in the centre, and another window to the outer right. The first floor features regular fenestration. The windows are timber sash and case with a small-pane glazing pattern, and the roof is covered with concrete tiles.
