Edenwood House is an early 19th-century building that features two storeys and a basement, with a three-window front. The central bay projects and is topped with a pediment, supported by a four-column Greek Doric porch that has a wide flight of steps. The ground floor has shallow rectangular bays with tripartite windows. The structure is made of ashlar and includes angle pilasters. The roof is piended and slated, with four central chimneys. The flanks also have three windows, and there is a late addition at the rear.
