Description

17 Ness Bank is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic. It has nine bays, with the end bays advanced and bowed, and the centre bay slightly advanced and pedimented. The building has tripartite windows in the end bays and in the bays flanking the centre. It is constructed of ashlar and has a slated roof that includes six piended dormers and one pedimented dormer.
