12 Ness Bank is an early 19th century building that is a single-storey with an attic. It features three bays, with a central door flanked by bowed tripartite windows. The exterior is made of ashlar stone, and it has a slated roof that includes two unique late 19th century dormers along with one modern dormer located at the center.
