Description

Russell Mill Bridge and Dam, designed by Martin of Craigothie and dated 1819, is a single large segmental-span bridge featuring a small flood relief arch on the west side. It is constructed from rubble, with ashlar voussoirs and parapet coping. The bridge has splayed approaches made of droved ashlar and square terminal piers. There is a single cutwater on both the east and west faces between the arches.
