Description

Pre 1854. Single storey, T-plan cottage with attic. Squared and coursed stugged sandstone with ashlar dressings, chamfered reveals, stone mullions, hoodmoulds to windows. Central projecting bay with wallhead breaking eaves of main block and chamfered angles, corbelled to square above; bipartite at ground, single window above. Door on left return with strip fanlight. Tripartite at ground to outer bays, gabled dormers above to attic with timber bipartites. Lean-to modern conservatory addition at left. Sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Bracketted eaves, grey slates, chamfered and corniced ashlar end stacks.
