Description
8 Main Street in Longniddry is an early 19th century single-storey cottage with four bays. The building features random rubble with renewed ashlar dressings. The entrance door is off-centre to the right, accompanied by one window on the outer right and two windows to the left of centre. The windows are sash and case style with a 12-pane glazing pattern. The steeply pitched roof is covered with renewed red pantiles, and there is a grey slate easing course at the eaves. The cottage also has ashlar coped skews and coped ashlar end stacks.
