Late 18th century. 2-storey 3-bay property, sub-divided with shops at ground, accommodation above; additions including forestair at rear. Bull-faced cement render and cement dressings. 2 linked shop fronts at ground each with door; small 1st floor window at centre, larger windows in outer bays.

Adjoining propertry to S, driveway to N, by blank gable elevation.

4-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews; red pantiles; end stacks.
