Description

  1. 2-storey, 3-bay former manse with 2-storey

addition, 1897 to N to form 4-bay elevation. Random whinstone

rubble with cream ashlar dressings, long and short quoins,

raised margins, cornice and blocking course.

E (FRONT) ELEVATION: door with strip fanlight and consoled

cornice. Windows to flanking bays at ground; window to

each bay at 1st floor. Wing at right advanced with

canted window at ground and 1st floor.

Single window at ground floor to side elevations.

2-storey service block of 1890 projecting at rear with

irregular openings.

Plate glass sash and case windows.

Grey slates to piended roof, ashlar coped wallhead and

ridge stacks.
