Description
Monifieth North Church Manse is a former manse built in the mid 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay building with a rectangular plan and a single-storey service wing. The structure features rubble masonry and a piended slate roof. The windows are plate glass sash and case style with raised margins and margined angles, complemented by an eaves course and moulded stacks.
On the south elevation, there is a central door with a plain doorcase and fanlight, flanked by two windows, with three additional windows on the first floor. The north elevation includes the single-storey service wing, which has a stair window. Additionally, there is a single-storey coach house with a boundary wall located to the north.
