Circa 1820-30. Two-storey, three-bay house on sloping ground to High Street. Squared and coursed sandstone with ashlar dressings, raised margins.

Door to outer right architraved and corniced, strip fanlight.

Windows to each bay at ground and first floor.CSash and case windows with 12-pane glazing pattern.

Grey slated gabled platform roof with skylights, mutual gable stacks and skews.
