11, 13 High Street, East Linton

This is a mid to late 18th century house that was refaced in the late 19th century. It is a two-storey building with four bays, featuring a shopfront and an attic. The exterior is finished with white painted render, complemented by painted channelled ashlar quoins and window architraves.

The east elevation faces High Street. The doorway is located in the second bay from the left, with a bipartite window to its left. To the right, there is a late 18th century canted shopfront that spans two bays, with a door positioned at the center. The first floor has four windows, each with bracketed cills. The attic features four gabled slated dormers, which have bracketed eaves, bracketed barge boards, and segmental arched windows. The sash and case windows are fitted with plate glass. There is a band course at the first floor level and an eaves band with a bracketed gutter.

The roof is covered with grey slates and has straight mutual skews with scroll skewputts, along with sandstone stacks.
