22 Gray Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee

22 Gray Street is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house located in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. The exterior is harled with painted margins, and it features rendered and lined stacks along with a slate roof.

On the Gray Street elevation, there is a base course and a margined angle on the left. The central door has a plain margined and corniced doorpiece, flanked by 12-pane sash and case windows. The first floor has three similar windows with slightly shouldered margins. The eaves course is present, along with skew gables that have skewputts. There is a coped gable stack on the left and a brick-coped gable stack on the right, with a uPVC gutter.

The King Street gable features 12-pane sash and case windows on both the ground and first floors on the right, along with a smaller similar window in the attic. There is a single-storey wing on the left that includes a door, a blocked door, and a partially blocked window, as well as a central wallhead stack and a stone tiled roof.

The rear elevation has an advanced stairwell with a 12-pane sash and case window and a piended roof, along with a smaller bay at the right re-entrant.
