St Mary's Rc Presbytery, 22 Powrie Place, Dundee

St Mary's Roman Catholic Presbytery, built around 1860, is a three-storey, five-bay building located next to the south transept of the church. The south elevation features a central bay and the end bays that are bipartite. The central bay is set forward and has a gabled roof, with a plain door at the ground level flanked by single lights. To the left, there is a later canted oriel that is corbelled out. The gable has skewputts with incised cross decorations, and there are gable end and off-centre ridge stacks. A later two-storey extension has been added above the ground floor school play shelter. The building has slate roofs, with the extension having a piended design. All windows are sash and case, with most featuring either eight or twelve-pane glazing patterns.
