15 and 15A Nelson Street in Dundee is a double villa built around 1850. It is two stories tall with an attic and features three bays, constructed from ashlar stone on the south and west elevations, while the north and east elevations are made of coursed rubble.

The villa has pilaster strip angles and margined windows. On the north elevation, there is an off-centre porch with a piended roof at the ground floor. The entrance to the first-floor flat is architraved and corniced, located at mezzanine level and accessed by steps. Above, there is a pedimental gablet with two attic windows and a square chimney stack.

The south elevation presents a two-story, three-bay facade with a central corniced doorpiece. The side elevations are plain, featuring large shaped and corniced wallhead stacks. The roof is covered with piended slate, and the windows are sash and case, with a four-pane glazing pattern on the south side, twelve-pane glazing on the north side, and a stained glass window in the stairwell.

The property is enclosed by rubble-built coped boundary walls and has pedimental ashlar gatepiers.
