Description

109 Fisher Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is an earlier 19th-century house that has undergone considerable renovations. It is a two-storey and attic building with three bays facing Fisher Street and two bays facing Fort Street. The exterior is harled with a slate roof and features a base course. The windows are modern 12-pane sash and case style with vents and painted margins throughout, and the roof has a piended design.

On the Fisher Street elevation, there is a central doorpiece with a modern fanlight door, flanked by windows, and three windows on the first floor. The central dormer has a canted shape with a piended roof and a large modern rooflight. The Fort Street elevation has two widely spaced windows on both the ground and first floors, along with a short central wallhead stack.
