Description
This building at 87 Fisher Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, dates from around 1800 and is a two-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays. An entrance porch was added around 1845. The exterior is rendered and lined, with rubble at the rear, and it has a slate roof topped with a stone stack.
The central entrance porch includes an eight-pane window, and to the right, there is a door set within a re-entrant that has a later glazed canopy. Flanking the entrance are two windows, and on the first floor, there are three additional windows, all of which are two-pane sash and case. The house also features two modern box dormers and a coped stack on the left, complete with a thackstane.
The property is enclosed by a low stone wall.
