Description
This building, located at 61 and 63 Fisher Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, dates from around 1800 and has been extensively refurbished. It is a two-storey and attic flatted block with nine bays. The structure features rubble masonry with irregular long and short dressings and a slate roof, along with brick, harl, and stone stacks. The modern windows are two-pane, top-hinged timber. The ground floor includes six windows, three doors, and a close, while the first floor has nine windows. There are six piended dormers, a mutual off-centre skew with a square skewputt, and an additional mutual skew on the right. The building also has four ridge stacks.
