Description

Mid 19th century, renovated 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Harled, slate roof; concrete margins and skew coping, uPVC rainwater goods.

W ELEVATION: base course; door at left with wide-margined painted doorpiece; 2 windows at right, 3 at 1st floor, all 12-pane sash and case with wide painted margins. Mutual skew at left with skewputt and coped ridge stack, central modern skylight.

E ELEVATION: door at left with painted margined doorpiece, 2 windows at right, 3 at 1st floor, various glazing patterns, all with painted margins. Large inharmonious tile-hung box dormer with 3 windows, 2 centre pivot, 1 casement.
