14 Fort Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee

14 Fort Street is a mid-19th century, renovated house that stands two stories tall with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is harled with a slate roof, concrete margins, skew coping, and uPVC rainwater goods.

On the west elevation, there is a base course, with a door on the left that has a wide-margined painted doorpiece. To the right of the door are two windows, and above, on the first floor, there are three windows, all of which are 12-pane sash and case with wide painted margins. The left side has a mutual skew with a skewputt and a coped ridge stack, along with a central modern skylight.

The east elevation features a door on the left with a painted margined doorpiece, two windows on the right, and three windows on the first floor, showcasing various glazing patterns, all with painted margins. There is also a large, inharmonious tile-hung box dormer that contains three windows, two of which are centre pivot and one is a casement.
