Mid 19th century. 2-storey, flatted house. Harled, painted concrete margins, concrete skew gable slate roof.

W ELEVATION: close entry at left, similar main door at centre with transom-light and flanking windows; 3 windows at 1st floor, all 8-pane sash and case. Skew at left with skewputt and coped ridge stack, similar mutual skew at right; 2 skylights.

E ELEVATION: close door at right, 3 windows; forestair to central door with transom-light, painted and margined doorpiece, flanking irregular windows. Skew at right.
