Description

16 Fort Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is a mid-19th century, two-storey flatted house. The exterior is harled with painted concrete margins and features a concrete skew gable slate roof.

On the west elevation, there is a close entry on the left and a main door in the center, which has a transom light and flanking windows. The first floor has three 8-pane sash and case windows. The skew on the left includes a skewputt and a coped ridge stack, with a similar mutual skew on the right, and there are two skylights.

The east elevation features a close door on the right and three windows. There is a forestair leading to a central door with a transom light, along with a painted and margined doorpiece and flanking irregular windows. The skew is located on the right side.
