32-34 Fort Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee

32-34 Fort Street is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay flatted house located in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. The building features redressed coursed rubble with polished long and short dressings, along with some concrete facing, and has a slate roof.

On the west elevation, there is a central two-leaf door topped by a three-pane transom light. The doorpiece is keystoned and moulded with a bolection frieze and cornice, and there are stone doorsteps. Flanking the door are windows, with three on the first floor, all of which are 12-pane sash and case. The left skew gable has a skewputt and a harled ridge stack, while the right gable also features a skewputt and a harled ridge stack. There are two modern skylights on the roof.

The rear elevation has been altered and is harled, featuring a new internal close stair and an inharmonious attic extension.
