Description
144 King Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey and attic, three-bay flatted house. The building features stugged coursers, cement margins, and a slate roof.
On the north elevation, there is a modern panelled door with a margined doorpiece and transom-light located in the second bay, which is off-centre to the left. This elevation also includes three 4-pane sash and case windows on the ground floor and three 12-pane sash and case windows on the first floor. A central modern rooflight is present, along with flanking canted dormers. The right side has a margined angle, a skew gable with a skewputt, and a coped stone gable stack.
The south elevation has been modernised with large horizontal windows.
