Description

167 Fisher Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is a house dating from around 1800 that has been extensively restored. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a harled exterior, painted concrete margins, and a slate roof featuring a coped and harled stack.

On the southeast elevation, there is an off-centre door with a small two-pane sash and case window above it on the right. The house has twelve-pane sash and case windows, with two on the ground floor and three on the first floor, along with two skylights. The roof ridge has brick coping, and there is a skew gable on the right with kneelers.

The east gable features windows similar to those on the southeast elevation, with the same arrangement on the left side. There is a four-pane sash and case window off-centre at the gable, along with a gable stack.
