Description

8 Panmure Street in Dundee is a mid-19th century, four-storey tenement building featuring four bays and shops on the ground floor. The exterior is finished in cream ashlar with a slate roof. It has a corniced ground floor and a cill band that runs along the first and second floors, along with an eaves course and a corniced blocking course. The windows on the first floor are corniced and architraved, while those on the second and third floors have margins. The glazing consists of two-pane timber sash and case windows, and there are corniced ridge stacks.

The front elevation has a close doorway at the center, flanked by modern shopfronts, with four windows on each of the upper floors.

The interior has not been seen.
