107-111 King Street in Kilmarnock is a mid-19th century, three-storey, three-bay classical tenement that features shops on the ground floor. The building is constructed from coursed sandstone ashlar and has architraved windows along with an eaves cornice.
On the principal elevation, there is a modern shop front at the ground floor.
