Description
21 Crichton Street is a late 18th century, four-storey and attic, two-bay commercial building. It features painted ashlar and has an altered slate-hung roof. There is a cill band at the second floor and a wallhead course. The building has two-pane timber sash and case windows, although the frame of the first-floor right window is a modern addition that is not in keeping with the character of the building. The front elevation includes a modern shopfront on the ground floor, with two windows on the first, second, and third floors, as well as two recessed dormers in the Mansard roof. The interior has not been seen.
