Description

12 and 12A Dashwood Square is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that forms part of a terraced pair, completing a row. The exterior is rendered with raised margins. It features a corniced doorpiece flanked by piers with block capitals, and a deep-set door. There is a window on each floor in the outer bays, consisting of plate glass sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slates and has mutual gable stacks shared with No 3 Albert Street, along with an additional single stack in the roof pitch. The roof is piended to the south.
