Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. N elevation rubble, E and W elevations painted rubble. Painted raised margins. Granite quoins.

N (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: panelled door at centre, with letter-box fanlight. Windows in outer bays. All openings hoodmoulded. 2 slate-hung gabled dormer windows above outer bays.

E ELEVATION: gabled and blank. Timber fence at centre.

W (BALKAIL AVENUE) ELEVATION: window to right.

No additions to rear.

Modern glazing. Red sandstone coped skews. Rubble gablehead stacks, with red sandstone band, to E and W. Modern tiles.
