Description

The Garden Steps at Kirkconnell Lea were built around 1870. They consist of a flight of steps that lead south from the lawn and then return east above a platt to a wooded garden path. The steps, along with the panelled square piers and parapet coping, are made of ashlar, while the balusters are made of yellow fireclay.
