Description

This building on Station Road in New Luce dates from the early to earlier 19th century and is a single-storey, two-bay structure made of painted rubble.

On the northeast elevation, there is a door on the left and a window on the right. The west elevation features an adjoining corrugated iron shed, while the east elevation has an adjoining rubble shed. The windows have small-pane glazing above shutters. The building has red sandstone coped skews on both the east and west sides, and a painted rubble gablehead stack on the west. The roof is covered with small grey slates.
