Description

Early to earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. 2 bays added to N, 1840 - 1846, forming 5-bay (3-2) pair of cottages, with no 26 in 2 bays to right. Rendered. Base course.

E (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: doors in bays to left and right of centre. Windows in remaining bays.

N ELEVATION: adjoined to higher building, no 24 Main Street.

S ELEVATION: window to right.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Painted rubble stacks, gablehead to S, ridge between 3rd and 4th bays. Coped skews to S.

Small grey slates, larger above 2 bays to right.
