Description
The Post Office at 2 Main Street in New Luce is an early 19th-century single-storey, three-bay cottage. The exterior is pebble dashed with protruding cills.
On the east elevation facing Main Street, there is a door located at the center, with windows in the outer bays. The north elevation is gabled and blank, and there is a rubble shed attached to the outer right. The south elevation is connected to the lower building at No 4 Main Street and features top-hopper glazing. There are broad, pebble-dashed gablehead stacks on both the north and south sides, and the roof is covered with modern tiles, lacking skews.
