25 Main Street, New Luce

25 Main Street in New Luce is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built around 1840 to 1846. The exterior is pebble-dashed with concrete margins, protruding cills, and a concrete base course.

On the west elevation facing Main Street, there is a door at the center with windows in the outer bays. The north elevation is adjoined to No 23 Main Street. The south elevation features a small window to the right and a low gabled outbuilding adjoining to the right. This outbuilding is constructed of painted rubble with graded grey slates and has a gablehead stack to the east, along with a machinery door to the left and a window to the right.

The cottage has plate glass glazing in its sash and case windows. The north elevation has red sandstone coped skews, while both the north and south elevations have broad, pebble-dashed gablehead stacks that are mutual to the north. The roof is covered with modern tiles.
