Ardbeg, 25 South Crescent, Portpatrick

Ardbeg is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with an asymmetrical plan, located facing the harbour at 25 South Crescent, Portpatrick. The exterior features a harled base course and painted margins around the openings.

On the southwest (entrance) elevation, there is a boarded timber door on the left with a narrow letterbox fanlight above it, topped by a semi-circular pediment. To the left at ground level, there is a single window, and to the right, there are two single windows. The first floor has three single windows.

The windows are 4-pane timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there is a stone skew to the outer right, with coped stacks and a polygonal can on the stack to the outer right only.

The interior was not seen in 1997.
