23 South Crescent Erinview, Portpatrick

23 South Crescent, Erinview, Portpatrick is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with a rectangular plan that faces the harbour. The exterior is harled with painted margins around the openings.

On the southwest elevation, which serves as the entrance, there is a central entrance featuring a timber door with a letterbox fanlight. There are single windows on either side at the ground floor. The first floor has regular fenestration, with windows that break the eaves to form gables.

The windows are four-pane timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there is a stone skew to the outer left, along with a coped stack and polygonal cans on the same side.

The interior was not seen in 1997.
